Shipping Policy

We at Lykaa hair Accessories know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we try to deliver your products to you as early as possible. 

All orders are shipped within 3 working days. Our courier partner may take 5-10 days to deliver the orders to you. During festive offers there can be some delays.

Lykaa ships its products to almost all parts of India. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

To avail of free shipping, the minimum order value should be Rs. 500.

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location.

Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

For Cash on Delivery orders:

·        All the items added in the cart should be applicable for COD

·        The pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.

·        You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.

·        If the product is open, do not accept the order.

·        UPI/Credit cards/ Debit card payment options might be available, depending on the courier partners.
