Exchange/Return/Refund policy.

We are here to serve you to the best of our capabilities and hope you have a satisfied shopping experience with us. 

1. Hair accessories are not exchanged or returned unless you receive a defective or damaged goods due to personal and hygiene reasons.

2. There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team within 3 working days at lykaa.briotabrands@gmail.com, who will guide you on the process for the same.

3. Once your return is approved via email, we'll share our address for you to courier it back. Once we receive it, we'll do a quick quality check and get back to you within the next 48 hours. 
The customer has the option to Exchange the piece for a different product of the same or lesser value.

In case of refund, the amount will be adjusted against STORE CREDIT valid for 30days from the date of issuing. 

4. The reverse shipping in case of exchange is to be borne by the customer and the forward shipping of the exchanged product will be on us.

5. Lykaa Hair Accessories reserves the right to approve or reject any returns and all decisions shall be final. 

Conditions for Return

    • Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged within 24 Hrs of delivery
    • Products/Items should be UNUSED & Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
    • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
    • In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount within 15 days.
    • For Return and Refund, Costumer Must provide a parcel Opening Video/Photos.
    • No Exchange or Return will be applicable on order value less that 500
